"Wrong items and way too slow"
I ended up getting the wrong items, and the order took way longer than it should have to arrive. Mistakes happen, but it feels careless to make customers wait that long and still send the wrong stuff. That’s just not the right way to treat people who paid for a service.

"Support got back to me quick"
So, yeah, I had a quick question and, they got back to me fast. The answer was simple and straight to the point, like, no back-and-forth or messing around, which was actually really nice.

"Looks nice, but I expected better quality"
When I first got it, I thought it looked good, and it’s definitely still usable. But after checking it out more closely, the stitching felt a little rough to me and the material was thinner than I was hoping for. I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up over time. Shipping was fine, though, so no issues there.

"Checkout was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I don’t know if it was just me, but the site felt really slow and the checkout page kept jumping around while I was trying to finish my order. It did eventually go through, so that’s good, but the whole process was kind of annoying and not very clear. Has anyone else had this happen?

"Pretty good value for the price"
I was happy with what I got for the price. It was affordable, but it didn’t feel like I was settling for something cheap. For my experience, it felt totally worth it

"Quick shipping, I think right on schedule"
Shipping was fast and everything showed up when it was supposed to, or at least close to when I expected it. I might be mixing up the exact dates, but I remember it arriving without any hassle. No delivery issues at all, so overall it felt really reliable

"Return ended up being way easier than I expected"
I had to send something back to war-locker.com because I picked the wrong size, which was totally on me. At first I was already annoyed and expecting the usual return headache, like long replies and confusing instructions.
But their support got back to me fast and explained it clearly. I sent the item back, they processed the refund a few days after it arrived, and suddenly I was like, okay, that was actually painless. No drama, no excuses, just a smooth return
